MnCAN and Back Channel Brewing’s Community Tuesday 2026

Our faces are still sore from all the laughter and smiles at our 3rd annual Back Channel Brewing Community Tuesday event on May 5th. What made the evening so meaningful was the shared understanding that aphasia, in any form, connects us in powerful ways. Whether someone is newly navigating communication challenges or has been on this journey for years, there is a deep sense of empathy, patience, and genuine connection that brings people together.

Thank you to everyone who came to say hello, stayed to connect, and opened the door to new friendships. To those who have been with MnCAN from the beginning and those who are just finding us—we are truly grateful to know each of you and to be part of this community together. Thank you to Back Channel Brewing for recognizing the dedication, hard work, and advocacy of so many wonderful local nonprofits. The platform they created to help nonprofits raise community awareness and support MnCAN in advocating for individuals living with aphasia and PPA is priceless.
