Meet Jessica, a beacon of hope and inspiration, whose presence ignites a spark within us to live more joyfully. With a heart that overflows with empathy, kindness, and compassion, she masterfully weaves together moments of joy, connection, and understanding.
As the driving force behind MnCAN’s outreach and communications, Jessica is on a mission to illuminate the path to hope and awareness about aphasia/PPA, empowering individuals to rise above challenges.

Jessica continues to facilitate a virtual aphasia conversation group each week – the highlight of the meeting is often the jokes shared amongst friends. The group laughs together and finds connection in everyday conversation. They celebrate together in the happy moments of life and support each other in the challenging moments.

And as the facilitator of the MnCAN care partner support group, she creates a safe, nurturing environment where connections are formed, and lives are transformed. Care partners leave the meetings feeling supported and encouraged by a community that understands.

Jessica you are a gift to MnCAN and we are incredibly grateful to have you on team. Thank you for your laughter, your genuine compassion and your ability to help people connect.

We hope you have enjoyed meeting people from our community who are all living successfully with aphasia – we have had a lot of fun this month! Stay tuned for more exciting updates from us very soon.
