Day 3 of MnCAN’s 30 Days of Life with Aphasia — Meet Jill!

Today, we are proud to introduce Jill, one of the incredible faces behind the MnCAN community. MnCAN Group Facilitators are the day-to-day heart of our nonprofit. They are patient, compassionate, communication-trained professionals who uplift, support, encourage, and guide our participants and care partners every week. Whether they are helping someone find their words, celebrating successes, sharing a laugh, or simply listening with empathy, our facilitators create spaces where people feel understood, valued, and connected.

Jill is a wonderful example of the dedication, kindness, and expertise that make MnCAN so special.

If you would like to support MnCAN as we continue to provide programs, resources, advocacy, and connection for people living with aphasia and primary progressive aphasia – please consider making a gift today.

Together, we are building a community where communication, confidence, and connection can flourish.
