November Reflections: Gratitude Hello friends, As we move into the holiday season, we are reminded of how powerful connection and conversation are in everyday activities. This time of year brings gatherings, traditions, and moments with loved ones — but for people living with aphasia or primary progressive aphasia, it can also bring unique challenges. We believe that everyone deserves to be part of meaningful conversations and participate in life at the dinner table, celebrations, and everyday life. As you reflect on gratitude and giving this November, we invite you to connect with us through a program, donation or community event.
Together, we can make sure every person with aphasia or primary progressive aphasia knows they are not alone, we are here to support them through all seasons of the journey. Warmly, The MnCAN Team Jessica Wald and Angie Maier, Executive Directors and Speech Language Pathologists, along with the MnCAN Board of Directors, Group Facilitators and Students/Volunteers

| Make A Donation. Did you know many Minnesota companies offer employee giving or volunteer matching programs?
Many companies such as General Mills, U.S. Bank, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, 3M, Land O’Lakes, Hormel Foods, Graco, Best Buy, Allina, or Health Partners may match your donation and/or volunteer hours making your dollars go even further.
Please consider reaching out to your company directly to ask if they would consider matching your donation to MnCAN. Together, we can continue to connect, support, and empower people living with aphasia and PPA across Minnesota.
