SUMMARY:In-Person Investment Aphasia Conversation Group
DESCRIPTION:Aphasia conversation groups are a safe place for people with aphasia to practice conversation techniques and strategies with peers who have aphasia. The groups focus on the Life Participation Approach to Aphasia and Supportive Conversation. \nThis is a small group of 6-7 people who are supported by a Speech-Language Pathologist group facilitator and Speech Pathology graduate students and/or trained volunteers. It is a great opportunity to gain confidence and build friendships with others who are on the same journey to living more successfully with aphasia. \nIf you are interested in learning more about this group\, please email MnCAN at contact@mncan.org or call 612-524-8802. \nPLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE THE MEETING ROOM UNTIL 10:55. \nTHANK YOU!
